Paneer Maggie

Here's a simple and delicious recipe for Paneer Maggi:

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Maggi noodles
- 1 cup paneer (cubed)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add cubed paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
7. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the Maggi noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and keep aside.
8. Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the paneer mixture. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
