Yogurt with Raspberry Swirl
Ingredients:
- 300 g frozen raspberries
- 2 1/2 cups plain yogurt (3% fat)
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (35% fat)
Instructions:
1. In a pot over medium heat, combine raspberries, sugar, and water. Cook for 7 minutes until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
3. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, heavy cream, and raspberry mixture until well combined.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
